At N Brayley Roofing & Building, we don’t just work fast — we work smart. Over just 11 days, our team has transformed Fairway Holiday Park in Sandown with the installation of 22 fresh driveways, 2 new paths, and a reinforced concrete pad for a 20x8 container.

Working across the site, we started by removing grass and topsoil, then dug down to prepare a solid base. Each driveway was then layered with 250mm of compacted crushed rubble, before being topped with recycled tarmac chippings – offering a neat, long-lasting, and eco-conscious solution for holidaymakers' parking.

Thanks to our own fleet of machinery — including 1-ton, 4-ton, and 8-ton diggers, plus a 6-ton dumper — we’re able to move quickly without cutting corners. No delays waiting for hired kit means cost savings and fast turnaround times for our clients.



As part of this phase, we also created a slabbed pathway around a new lodge and poured a solid concrete pad to support a container. Every job was carried out with care and consideration for residents and park management — keeping things tidy, safe, and on schedule.
